Can I only log in with Google?

To encourage users to maintain a healthy lifestyle and prevents cheating behaviours, Maxity app only supports Google Sign-In, and simultaneously sync all your fitness activities with Google Fit, so that your health and wellness data can be obtained more accurately.

How to calculate the number of steps in MAX forest?

Currently the conversion of walking steps into Energy is based on the retrieval data from Google Fit. Only the first 8000 steps will be converted into Energy while further steps will not be included for conversion. Maxity app provides a feature for you to check your real-time and past data.

Our calculation is not yet perfect, some of your steps may be miscounted or excluded from Energy conversion. This will be the same for all users, therefore you will be in sync with the rest of our communities! We are constantly improving our calculation, stay tune for furhter updates.

Will it count my steps in the system?

Yes, the app is able to track and convert steps while running in the system. Make sure not to force quit the app, otherwise your steps will not be converted into energy.

What is the energy collection time of MAX forest?

Your steps will be converted to Energy at a ratio of 100:1 at 8:00, 16:00, 24:00 daily. Energy will be displayed in an Energy Bubble, which will disappear after 72 hours. The countdown will start 4 hours before Bubbles disappearing, please remember to collect them.

Is Energy a cryptocurrency?

Energy is not a cryptocurrency. You can trade Energy into MAX at a ratio of 16:1. The minimum 32 Energy is required to trade MAX coin.

On 01 June 2023, the exchange rate of Green Energy to MAX will be reduced to 1/32 and adjustment will be made every 6 month.

What is the use of Tree NFTs?

The Tree NFTs displayed in the Store include information such as name, introduction, level, energy bonus, price, etc. You can purchase your prefer Tree NFTs in the store and dress them up. The default tree on the Forest page will be replaced accordingly and bonus will be obtained when new steps are generated.

Edit your profile info?

Maxity app assigns a default user profile picture when you first sign up, and you can always change it according to your preference. After signing in with Google, your email address will be used as the default nickname. Of course, you can always modify it to your favourite nickname.

How does the invite program works?

You can share the invitation link via any messaging apps, social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc). You will receive 6 MAX for each friend who signs up using your invite link.

How to check my MAX balance?

Log in to your Maxity app account and go to Wallet. Here you can check the balances of your two assets: Energy and MAX, and you can see the exchange rate and exchange history of the two.

Why is my device not compatible?

Maxity app is currently available to people with the Iphone 5S, Apple later models and most of the Google Play supported Android devices. We are constantly working to support as many devices as possible!
